Description

Speedia centrepin reels were made local to Woody’s during the 1950s. They are without doubt the best of the reasonably priced second hand centrepin reels available as they are light in weight and extremely free running. They are favoured by many anglers who prefer using a Speedia over everything else available. Essentially the design of all Speedia reels has remained the same however some were fitted with a regulator for adjusting the free running properties of the reel and a few were fitted with a small lineguard. This one here has a lineguard and a regulator.

Woody’s endeavour to be able to offer good examples of these fine trotting reels whenever they become available.
