Features Full Carbon + HPC + Biofibre blank delivering outstanding performance across the range.
The slim diameter of the new Tyrnos “A Stand-up” delivers quite remarkable power, aided by Shimano’s Twist-Control which reduces blank twist dramatically. These models are completed with Pacific Bay roller guides, Pac Bay aluminium butt reel seat , EVA front grip for secure handling , Aluminium rear grip ,HPC High Pressure CarbonShimano High Pressure Carbon, a process which creates stronger, more responsive blanks. Pressure is applied to the blank surface during curing (heating) which evenly distributes the resin through the carbon fibre matrix. The result is a much stronger, more consistent performance and improved responce.
Pacific Bay Reel Seat Machined from marine grade aluminium and anodized to prevent corrosion. Extra thick wall with deep cut threads and heavy duty machined hoods which will provide years of trouble-free use.
This is a heavy duty rod designed to take on the biggest fish in the ocean that will stop any size fish getting away. the Tyrnos will tame any deep sea wreck fish , sharks and big blue fin tuna.
